Esther Mckay A wonderful man who contributed to the development of scientific equipment and procedures. He contacted me late in life and we had many telephone conversations about the history of the scientific section. I have a document he wrote relating to the development of the section which is a much loved and admired record of his time in the force. My only regret is that I did not take the time to visit him. RIP Jack.
