Passed away peacefully at Hervey Bay Hospital on Saturday, 17th June, 2017.
Aged 73 years.
A cherished husband who was loved by all his family and friends. “A Gentle Man”
Family and friends of David are invited to attend a memorial service to celebrate his life to be held at the Fraser Coast Crematorium and Bayside Memorial Gardens on Monday, 26th June, 2017 commencing at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Children’s Ward at Hervey Bay Hospital would be appreciated, envelopes at service.
