An inspirational leader who made major contributions to Victoria Police and the Victorian community.
First police coordinator of the Crime Stoppers program in 1987, and later chairman and Life Member of Crime Stoppers Victoria.
We thank him for his many years of outstanding leadership and his tireless work towards a safer Victoria.
