May they forever Rest In Peace
I’ve been struggling for words all day but I think my little sister Megan put it best so here it is.
We have tried to remember everyone to call before making a post. Dad would hate to think someone found out via facebook. Sorry if we have missed anyone its been a big day.
Today we lost a husband, dad, grandfather, son, brother, nephew and cousin. A man that has meant so much to many and helped many more.
Through all his health battles he always said that god didn’t want you and the devil was worried you would take over. Well something changed today. We like to think your in heaven watching over us and I am sure you will continue to guide us all through life.
RIP DAD forever in our hearts
I was his best man at his wedding & he was mine . We haven’t kept in touch over the years but have constantly thought about him & his family . He will always be my best man , love ya mate
I worked with Tony at the Registered Clubs Unit and to say he was a ‘character’ is an understatement. We had lots of laughs together, did many country trips and shared many a beer. He was a devoted family man and terrific husband to Dot. Luckily I dropped into Hay and had a coffee with them in September 2017. Little did we know what was coming. Rest in peace mate, you may be gone but you will never be forgotten…….
Hello Dot, Joy & Big Tony, Debb, Rodney & Tanya
We wish you all the best in these unsuspecting hard times of losing young Tony early (because that’s what we knew him as growing up in Bellbrook Ave) our wishes are with you & all other family’s.
I remember great times being had during get together celebrations in our street.
Andrew, Lavina & Eric Summers
Hay has lost a truly great guy, despite his health issues he remained on top. My deepest sympathies to his family, to Dot and their family. He will be deeply missed. RIP Tony
