Condolences to his wife, Gina, family and friends.
Ron was one of the funniest bastards I had the pleasure of working with at Wollongong Police Station in the 1990s.
He was great to work with and it was a pleasure to work directly with him.
Often thought of you but had no contact details for you.
May you forever Rest In Peace mate.

Ron prior to joining the NSW Police Force served in the Royal Australian Navy and also saw action in Vietnam.
I worked briefly with Ron FOX at Engadine Police station, No.24 Division, when Engadine P.S. was a Shop Front, in mid 1972.
As was the custom at the time Pro/Constables from the South Coast were initially attached to No 24 Division for ‘hands on’ training in GD’s. Ron was a very funny man, always relating humorous stories, and was well liked by all.
