Kenneth BulgerDave Whiteman, I remember that. Never took any though. I knew where he caught them. Frank Daniels caught many black fish off North Head too.
March 2020
When ‘The Owl’ was at the BAS I bumped into him on a number of occasions. Sometimes, he’d turn up in a white doctor’s gown carrying all of the BAS gear. He’d usually have the cops in the station laughing and on quite a few occasions the motorist being tested would have a laugh with us. Didn’t know Neville privately but I recall him as friendly and engaging. The job needs more Neville’s these days. Rest in Peace mate.
Rest in peace, Neville, a good old bloke.
