With regret I advise the death of Charles John ‘Charlie’ STARR, 75 old, former Regd. No. 10157, a member of the Penrith Blue Mountains Branch of the RPA.

Charlie passed away 0n 29/11/2014 and his funeral is proposed to be held at 11.30am on Friday 6 December at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Day Street, WENTWORTH FALLS.
