Lake 14 being held in Helensburgh Police Holding yard after the fatal Police collision upon the F6, Dapto, on Thursday 24 JANUARY, 2002, about 7.20pm.from which Robert BROTHERSON would loose his fight on life 8 days later at Wollongong I.C.U.

Note that the drivers seat belt is still buckled up. This seat belt cause the laceration across my right forearm.

Note that one of Roberts shoes are still within the Police car. Robert took the full force of the impact with the semi trailer and I turned towards Robert, we looked at each other and I said, “Sorry” before I turned around to face forward just before the impact and being ejected out of the car onto the roadway.
